Why SVOYA

We share an origin. We operate globally.

Ukrainian women run global functions, build companies on four continents and sit on the other side of the table as decision-makers and partners. Most of them have never been in one room together.

SVOYA exists to change that — one room, at their level, deliberately selected.

Being Ukrainian is our origin, not our product. We don’t gather to celebrate where we come from — we gather to build what comes next: companies, markets, leadership.

There is no payment or purchase on this site. If your request is accepted we send a personal invitation, and the terms of participation come with it.

No tiers, no better seat than yours — the room is small enough that everyone meets everyone. 5% of ticket sales go to supporting Ukraine.

100 Ukrainian women at senior level: corporate leaders (VP, EVP, CMO, CPO, heads and directors at global companies), and founders building companies internationally — plus a small number of guests invited personally by SVOYA: global executives, partners, and selected influencers and media voices.

You send a short request — there is no payment or purchase on this site. We read every request ourselves and reply within three working days. If the room is right for you, you receive a personal invitation, and the terms of participation come with it.

Before the event, you tell us who you want to meet, what you are looking for, what you can offer and which markets matter to you. We match you with 5–10 guests and arrange the introductions before you arrive.

SVOYA is built for Ukrainian women — including those born abroad and those who arrived recently. A small number of guests who are not Ukrainian — executives, partners, influencers and media voices — are invited personally by SVOYA.

The main stage runs in Ukrainian and English, with live translation both ways. Round tables run in the language of the group — you choose it in your request.

Not included — but every invited guest gets a negotiated room rate at the venue hotel and a shared travel channel to coordinate flights.

Full refund up to 60 days before the event. After that, you can move your place to another city at no cost until 14 days before the event. Invitations are personal — a transfer to another person goes through curation.
